With a solid academic background in Comparative Literature, Hospitality Marketing, and Hotel Design, I have devoted my career to the fusion of art, design, and lifestyle styling. My professional vision unfolds between Florence, Paris, and Planet Earth.

Experience and Leadership in the Hospitality Industry

As owner and creator of Florence Cellai Boutique Hotel, a luxury four stars property and of a refined collection of  Florence located Boutique Apartments, as well as hospitality advisor and hotel marketing professor, I adore transforming Hospitality into a beautiful moment of poetry during the magic of traveling.

Advisory and Academic Teaching

Formerly Lecturer of Hotel Marketing and Design at the Florence University of the Arts, now professor at ITS ACADEMY, I also work as international advisor for style development and marketing of Internationals Hotels and residential projects.

Author

Through writing, I explore the relationship between aesthetic, Eros, language, and pleasure. In my book “Cucina d’amore e libertà” I analyze cooking as a meaningful encounter with the “Other”, seeking the perfect ingredient and the precise literary evocation to create moments of connection, poetic communication and gastronomical seduction.
